Annals of Probability publishes research papers on modern probability theory, its links with other areas of mathematics and its applications to the physical and biological sciences. The emphasis is on importance, interest and originality – formal novelty and correctness are not sufficient for publication. The Annals will also publish authoritative review articles and surveys of fields under active development.
